Practical info:
The word "glamping" stands for glamorous camping, giving you the best of both worlds.
You get the nature experiences that tent life gives you, but the comfort of a hotel bed. The combination is something quite magical.
Inside our tents it is warm and cosy, we have good pillows, and Moroccan carpets. The furniture is a Danish flea market pick and mix. When you get up in the morning you can dive straight into idyllic nature.
Glamping is suitable for everyone, groups of friends, couples or families with children. Our goal is to make your glamping holiday as relaxing as possible. That's why we've tried to cover most of your holiday needs.
Tents
The tents have comfortable beds with duvets and pillows. Bed linen, towels and extra blankets are provided. The tents have electricity and lights, and even a small outdoor kitchen with electric grill and fridge.
Communal lounge room Our communal lounge room and kitchen are equipped with all the essentials. Dishwasher, stove, extra fridge, and any plates, glassware, cutlery etc you need. There are also basic spices, cooking oil, sugar etc. in the kitchen.
Barn
At the barn you will find lots of board games, games, books and record players with a good record collection of old records. The communal lounge room has WiFi.
Check-in
After 16.00. Early arrivals where possible must be arranged in advance. We do not have a reception, therefore please send us a message giving the approx. arrival time. Then we're ready to welcome you.
Check-out
At 11:00
Departure
The house and tents should be left in a clean condition. Rubbish should be emptied. Stack the dishwasher etc,.
Dogs:
Dogs welcome, as long as they are not on the furniture and you keep them on a lead in consideration of the other guests. If you wish to bring a dog, let us know when making your booking. We have a dog supplement of NOK 100 per night.
Cleaning and bed linen
- Bed linen, towels and cleaning fees are included in the price.
- Bring your own bath towels for Bø Sommarland.
Cancellation:
- You can cancel up to 1 week before arrival without incurring a fee.
- within a week of arrival we charge a fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount.
Glamping during corona times:
In future things continue will to be a bit different from usual. Fortunately, we are a small place to stay, with plenty of room for all our guests. We follow the advice of FHI. With good measures for infection control, together we will ensure a fun and safe holiday.
Measures:
• First and foremost, it is important that you are well when you visit.
• Keep a minimum distance of 1 metre from other guests on the site.
• Pay close attention to hand washing and disinfection of hands
